At Kivaana, we offer holistic and sustainable care in alignment with natural healing principles. The services are provided across Kerala, 'The Ayurveda Hub of India,' a place known for its diverse beauty, picturesque landscape, natural resources, Yoga and traditional art forms, and Tourism Attractions. Our Vision is to cater to people's wellness needs outside India by offering guided and structured Holistic care.
Kivaana, literally, means Compassion or tenderness. At Kivaana Wellness, the compassionate art of healing is offered to cater to your wellness needs for a healthy body, calm mind, balanced emotions, and a higher state of being. In any wellness retreat, Compassion is vital in conducting a free-flowing healing environment; if it is missing, the system becomes primarily mechanical or feeble.
Compassion, love, and an integrated value system should guide the creation of a lovable space conducive to varied health conditions and recovery. At Kivaana, we hope to be true to our values and beliefs and provide you with the most comforting and transforming experience.
Kivaana Wellness caters to your personalized wellness needs through residential retreats at India's much-established Yoga and Ayurveda Centres—a 14-day or 21-day guided disease management workshop with detailed panchakarma under the guidance of senior Ayurvedic doctors. Additionally, one-on-one consultations with experts, educational programs, workshops, balanced Ayurvedic cuisine, and short trips to nearby archaic spots and temples to awaken your creative forces will all be part of your rejuvenating stay.

Yoga and spirituality became an innate part of her life during her childhood days. The inspiring stories of Swami Vivekananda, Swami Sivananda, and many more left an indelible impression.
In 1994, she met Swami Gyan Vijay Sarawati, a yogi with extraordinary discipline who taught her the sciences of many divisions of Yoga, including Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and others. Her learning was fulfilling and enriching; she got it from the Guru, who later became a guiding force in her life as a father figure.
The multidimensional wisdom of Hatha Yoga, healing practices, philosophy, and metaphysics became paramount and supportive in her ongoing spiritual journey. Her credentials include RYT 500, E-RYT 200, C-IAYT-affiliated Yoga Therapy, and a Specialized Disease management program. The other specialized areas include Lifestyle Coaching, Philosophy, Motivational Speaking, and Counselling with an Internal personal approach. She has worked as an integrative Therapist for various wellness clinics and organizations, such as International Sivananda and Vedanta Studies, Satyananda Ashram, Omkar Yoga Studio, MDI Wellness Integrative Clinic, and Amritaa Wellness.
